This show’s guest is Robbie Richmond, owner of Intracoastal Construction. Robbie has a three-decade history as a custom builder in Palm Coast and Flagler County. Intracoastal Construction specializes in luxury homes, primarily beachside and Intracoastal properties. An Intracoastal home in Flagler Beach was recognized as the Showcase Home in this year’s Flagler County Homebuilders’ Association Parade of Homes.
