75 Properties on the Flagler County Foreclosure Sale Schedule for May 2013
96 foreclosure filings and 86 completed foreclosure sales in March. An auction is the last step in the foreclosure process where the lender or another bidder takes title to foreclosed property.
Palm Coast, FL – April 23, 2013 – 75 foreclosed Flagler County properties are currently scheduled to be sold at foreclosure auctions during May. There were 96 foreclosure filings and 86 completed foreclosure sales in Flagler County during March.
Not all scheduled sales are completed. In some cases, they are cancelled by the lender. In others, the property is sold via a short sale or returned to the lender via a “deed in lieu” prior to the foreclosure sale. While researching this story, I came across a handful of these. I did not include them in the following list.
This is not a "final" list. Additional properties may be added to the schedule during the month.
