Grand Haven Realty Adds Marketing Director and Additional Sales Professionals
Local realty firm ramps up for the launch of their new beachfront and boating community in Beverley Beach
Palm Coast, FL – April 24, 2013 – Grand Haven Realty added real estate professionals to their team recently- Bill Haussman, Patty Stauffer, Patrick Thornton, Curtis Moden and Lisa Gardner. “We are thrilled to have seasoned Real Estate professionals join our winning team. New sales agents are needed as we launch our new beach and boating community in Beverly Beach – Sunset Inlet. Our Grand Haven Realty team now offers over 140 years combined sales experience for our clients“ said Jim Cullis, president of Grand Haven Realty, LLC.
Patty Stauffer has been in real estate sales for over 30 years and an agent in Palm Coast for 7 years. She has been coming to Palm Coast since 1983 and moved to Grand Haven in 2004. Patty is a member of the Flagler County Association of Realtors.
Patrick Thornton started selling real estate in 2004 when he won Rookie of the Year with Coldwell Banker. Thornton focused the bulk of his sales in the Grand Haven community – now he is part of the team where he worked so diligently.
Bill Haussmann previously worked for the developer at Grand Haven for over nine years and was responsible for $600 million in sales of home sites and new homes. He has also been a successful independent broker focusing on coastal properties from Palm Coast to New Smyrna Beach. He is an active member of the Flagler, Daytona Beach and New Smyrna Beach Board of Realtors.
Curtis Moden is a native Floridian. He was born in Daytona Beach, raised in Palm Coast, and graduated from the University of Florida. He has been working in Real Estate since 2005 is an avid outdoorsmen and enjoys getting out on the water as much as possible. Curtis will be focusing on real estate sales at Sunset Inlet
Lisa Gardner has been in the Palm Coast area since 1988 and has over 20 years experience in marketing and event planning.
