Toby and Dave talked about current real estate market conditions in Palm Coast and Flagler County and answered questions called in by listeners. The wide-ranging discussion included Sam’s Club and Costco rumors, the Epic movie theater, the new Walmart, Bobby Ginn, Publix plans for Matanzas Crossings, and high-end foreclosures.

Public’s in Mantanzas Woods
I did not get to listen to you on WNZF news radio. I am sorry I missed it.
I am curious about the Publix’s in Matanzas Crossing.
Are they still building one there?
We at Matanzas Woods surely need a store near by desperately.

When Publix purchased the Albertsons on Belle Terre, it altered their plans. I do expect a Publix at Matanzas woods Pkwy (at US Rt. 1) but not until residential development picks up in that part of town.
