Palm Coast, Florida – September 2, 2008 – Flagler County’s first full service radio station WNZF is on the air (1550 AM). The news-talk format includes Flagler Forum, a morning show focusing on Flagler topics. GoToby.com publisher Toby Tobin will guest on this Wednesday’s 9:00 am show to talk with show host Dave Ayers about the local real estate market. Listener calls are welcomed at 437-0738….ext 201.
WNZF Radio broadcasts on 1550 AM with 8,700 watts on the AM band. Simulcasting on 106.3 FM is planned to start in a few weeks. The format is 24 hours of news, talk and information with a strong emphasis on Flagler county events. The station has a news-talk format emphasizing local news, weather and emergency information. The company was granted the call letters WNZF, which stand for News-Flagler.

The show sounds good, but why go old school? We,(even retirees) are are webies, and that’s why your site is so good. The chat room formate on line would be more with-it. Then there’s interaction as we think of the question. Your’e so 1940’s to go to radio! I don’t even read news papers anymore.
