Target Store in Palm Coast’s Town Center will Open July 27th
The SuperTarget store in Town Center will open before the Palm Coast Landing Grand Opening
Palm Coast, Florida – July 10, 2008 – According to the daughter of a Target employee, the new SuperTarget at Town Center will open at the end of July. A "soft opening" for friends and family is scheduled for Wednesday, July 23rd, followed by the official opening Sunday July 27th.
Unlike the traditional Target format, SuperTargets include a full grocery department. The 180,106 square foot SuperTarget is the anchor tenant in the Town Center retail section called Palm Coast Landing. Construction began in May ’07. Target originally planned to open in March ’08 but delayed the opening to better coincide with the completion of other stores in the complex. As reported earlier, Palm Coast Landing will host a Grand Opening on August 9th.

I am so excited to finally have an alternative shopping experience here in Palm Coast! It\\\\\\’s is just so sad to here over 3000 people applied for jobs here at Target and there were only around 300 to fill. We most assuredly need some major employers here in Palm Coast!
