Prices Reduced by 50% at Ginn’s Hammock Beach Tower Condominiums
First two floors of towers affected by price reduction
Palm Coast, FL – June 17, 2008 – To stimulate buyers amid the dearth of condominium sales, The Ginn Company reduced the average price for a unit on one of the first two floors of the Ocean Towers condominiums at Hammock Beach by 50%. The unprecedented incentive pricing, announced to the sales team today, affects 26 units in the oceanfront luxury community located in Palm Coast, FL. The new prices range from $589,000 to $999,000, averaging $750,000 This compares to the previous average of $1,500,000.
The initiation fee for either a social membership or a full golf membership is waived with each Ocean Tower purchase. Members also benefit from reciprocal access to other Ginn Clubs and Ginn Resorts.
