Palm Coast targeted by Target

Target Stores is rumored to be coming to the Town Center site on SR 100 just east of Walgreen’s.

November 17, 2006 – If you’ve driven along SR 100 west of the High School lately, you will have noticed that the parcel (about 160 acres) just before Belle Terre (behind Walgreen’s) has had a lot of site preparation activity. That parcel is being developed by the DRC Group of Conn. DRC is also the master developer for the core retail section of Town Center. It’s rumored that the SR 100 parcel is "targeted" to be a location for big box type retailers and that one of these will be Target. If this is true, they will take up approximately 25 acres of the parcel, leaving room for more big boxes. Stay tuned.
