New Publix to open on December 7th

The Publix at the Belle Terre entrance to Town Center plans a Dec. 7th Grand Opening.

November 17 – A December 7th opening is planned for a new Publix supermarket located at the primary Town Center entrance at Belle Terre Parkway. Developed by North American Properties, Inc of Cincinnati. It consists of the 80,000 SF Publix plus an additional 35,000 SF of available retail space. The population within three miles of the new shopping center is 19,184, with an average household income of $55,415. A ten mile radius includes 76,920 residents with an average household income of $61,024.
