Nine Parcels Totaling 66.41 Acres in Airport Commerce Center Sell for $900,000

The Airport Commerce Center is a PUD developed by Palm Coast Holdings on behalf of Allete Properties. Palm Coast Holdings and Allete also developed Town Center and Palm Coast Park.

PALM COAST, FL – October 2, 2017 – Florida Landmark Properties LLC sold nine parcels of the Airport Commerce Center totaling 66.41 acres to PC Lane LLC, of Rockledge, for $900,000. The parcels are located on the west side of Seminole Woods Parkway, between the parkway and the Flagler Executive Airport. The transaction closed September 19, 2017.

Allete Properties, the parent of Florida Landmark Communities, closed its Palm Coast Holdings entity in March and accelerated plans to divest itself of its remaining Florida properties which are largely in the Airport Commerce Center, Town Center, and Palm Coast Park. Douglas Property and Development and Maury L Carter & Associates are managing the divestiture.

Of five large sections of Palm Coast Park designated for residential development, two have been sold (see Related Stories). The remaining three residential parcels and several commercial parcels in Palm Coast Park are under contract.
