Leading Flagler County Commercial Brokers Plan Merger

Prudential CRES – PC and Prism Group agree to combine forces, becoming a major force in Flagler County’s commercial real estate market.

August 14, 2007 – Palm Coast, Florida – Two major players in the Palm Coast and Flagler County commercial real estate market, Prudential CRES – PC and Prism Group, have signed an “agreement in principle” to merge their two companies. The merged parties will likely operate under the Prudential CRES – PC name.

 

One of the principals, Dave Taylor, originally from Pittsburg, has been active in the local real estate business for four years. He first opened By Appointment Only Realty, LLC, located on A1A, to concentrate on high end residential properties along the Intracoastal Waterway and in the Hammock. An active real estate investor and CPA by trade, he and Steve Runkel more recently opened Prism Group, on Palm Coast Parkway, to focus on commercial real estate. Taylor is a board member of the Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors (CFCAR) and serves as their treasurer. CFCAR serves ten counties: Orange, Volusia, Seminole, Osceola, Brevard, Flagler, Lake, Sumter, Alachua, and Marion.

 

Prudential CRES – PC is operated by Jim and Cornelia Manfre. Jim is an attorney and former Flagler County Sherriff. Prudential CRES currently handles sales and leasing for Roma Court, City Walk, and Palm Coast Plaza. Cornelia brokered the land sale for the Cobblestone Village parcel.

 

Active participants in the new organization will include Dave Taylor, Steve Runkel, Jim Manfre, Cornelia Manfre, Khalid Muneer, and Stephen Bennett.
