Home Buyers Fair Offered July 18th
Interested buyers can talk with industry representatives about available programs designed to help buyers qualify for a home purchase, including the $8 thousand first-time home buyer credit.
July 16, 2009 – Palm Coast, FL – How can you qualify to purchase a home? Come to the Flagler County Home Buyers Fair 10 a.m. Saturday July 18.
Become informed about home purchase opportunities such as the Neighborhood Stabilization Program, Florida Homebuyer Opportunity Program, State Housing Initiatives Housing Partnership Program and the USDA Direct and Guarantee programs. See if you qualify for assistance to purchase a home.
The Housing Fair is being sponsored by Flagler County, City of Palm Coast, Mid-Florida Housing Partnership Inc. and the Flagler County Association of Realtors. The fair will be held this Saturday, July 18th from 10 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. at the Flagler County Association of REALTORS Building, 4101 East Moody Blvd, Bunnell, FL (west of Belle Terre Parkway on S.R.100).
The following vendors will be on hand to explain to attendees what opportunities they have to offer about purchasing a home and using the First Time $8,000 Tax Credit:
