Grand Haven Realty to Hold Open House for Sunset Inlet Model Home

The event is scheduled for 10:00 A.M. till 5:00 P.M. Saturday and Sunday, June 22 and 23, 2013. The Beverly Beach event will feature the new Windward model home.

Palm Coast, FL – June 17, 2013 – Grand Haven Realty and Emerald Homes have announced the Grand Opening event plans for the new Windward model home at Sunset Inlet in Beverly Beach.  The event is scheduled for 10am until 5pm Saturday and Sunday, June 22 and 23, 2013.

The event will include tours of the fully decorated three story Windward model, the ocean view showcase home, along with previews of two other pre-constructed homes.  A variety of other activities are scheduled for the weekend event to celebrate the opening of the model and first homes at the new beach and boating community.

Boats will be on display docked in the protected inlet and other boats staged around the community. Kayak and paddle board displays and demonstrations are also planned.  WNZF radio will broadcast its weekly Southern Sportsman Show live from the event the morning of June 22 plus The Flagler County Sport Fishing Club guides will be hosting seminars and answering questions about local fishing trends and techniques. Complimentary grilled hamburgers and hotdogs, cold drinks and door prizes will also be available both days while supplies last.

Two other homes will be open for tours during the event. The Meridian is a two story home with three bedrooms and two and half bathrooms. The Waypointe is another three story home with three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Both homes are available now for purchase and quick occupancy.

Sunset Inlet is a community of 31 homes located on A1A approximately two and a half miles north of Highway 100.  Homes are available from the mid $300s to $500s. Each home includes a dedicated boat slip in the protected inlet with direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway (ICW.) The community also has beach access across A1A.
