The real estate news website now averages over 1,400 visits per day.

• GoToby.com received an average of 1,464 visits per day. Weekdays receive the most traffic but weekends are not far behind. There are probably 4-8 people on the website with you as you read this.
• GoToby.com visitors were from 46 different countries. Behind the U.S., Germany, Latvia, China, Russia, Canada, UK, Poland, Italy, and Brazil rounded out the top ten.
• Over 6,000 web pages were viewed per day.

• 10,597 different people visited GoToby.com (unique visitors).
• 44.23% of total visitors came directly to the website.
• 21.83% of total visitors came from referring sites (approx. 1,700 other websites have links to GoToby.com)
• 33.68% of total visitors came via search engines. Google has indexed over 900 pages on the GoToby.com website.
• 3,590 different search terms were used to find GoToby.com.
• 714 of these search terms contained the name "Ginn." (Ginn Conservatory, Ginn and Conservatory, Conservatory Ginn, and Ginn + Conservatory are each separate search terms) When you Google "Bobby Ginn," GoToby.com appears on the first page of the search results above the Ginn website.
• 70 people signed up as members of GoToby.com. Membership is free. Members receive an email notice of new stories when they are posted. (Join now)

• GoToby.com’s reach extends far beyond Flagler County. Several readers from other parts of the country have emailed or called me. Many own property in Palm Coast or have friends or family here. Some have an interest in moving to the area or in buying local property. There has been an increase in the number of inquiries that resulted in my referring the individual to a local real estate professional.
• GoToby.com has become the most relied upon on-line source for news about the Ginn Company. Several website readers are property owners in one or more of the Ginn communities. I’ve recently been interviewed about Ginn Company related topics by reporters from Vail, Charlotte, Winston-Salem, The Bahamas, and Naples. GoToby’s recent story about Ginn missing debt payments was read over 3,600 times. GoToby was the first media outlet to report this story.
• I’ve received several calls from people who Googled "Palm Coast Target," and found my website (GoToby.com is number one on the search results for that search term). They thought they had found the Target site. This morning, someone thinking they had reached the local Target store, asked me if I rented Rug Doctors. Others callers thought they had reached the website of a local golf course (Ocean Hammock, Grand Reserve, Grand Haven, etc.) and requested tee times when I answered. One caller attempted to apply for a job at TJ Maxx. Another asked what our hours were.
