Having trouble figuring out what the Florida amendments say? There’s help
Palm Coast, Florida – October 28, 2008 – Several GoToby.com readers have contacted me for help. They could not make any sense of the Florida constitutional amendments as they appear on the ballot. I too had trouble so I did some research. I found The Collins Center for Public Policy website which offers a non-partisan explanation of each amendment as well as arguments for both sides.
