Flagler Co., FL Real Estate Foreclosure Sales Scheduled for September

Only a few of the properties scheduled for sale are homesteaded. The list includes Manny’s Pizza and an Island Estates home.

Palm Cost, FL – August 26, 2010 – Several Flagler County, Florida homes, condominiums, and lots are scheduled to be sold at foreclosure sales in September. As in recent months, few properties (only 3) are homesteaded, implying that most real estate foreclosures are second homes or investment properties. Most were purchased at the height of the real estate bubble. This month’s sales list includes Manny’s Pizza and an Island Estates home.
To assist readers who want more information about any of the foreclosures from the Clerk of Courts, I’ve added the case number to the data shown. The first four digits of the case number represent the year in which the foreclosure was filed.

Sales are held at 11:00 A.M. at  Clerk of Courts offices in the Kim C. Hammond Justice Center, 1769 E. Moody Blvd. Bldg.1, in Bunnell. Often, individual sales are cancelled prior to sale time. I’ve deleted some properties from the list which I discovered had been sold (short sales). I deleted another because the lender had accepted a deed in lieu of foreclosure.
