CVS Places New John Anderson @ SR100 Store on Hold

Land is cleared but commencement of construction has been postponed

 August 24, 2007 – Palm Coast, Florida – Flagler County residents will have to wait a little longer for the new CVS store planned for the southwest corner of John Anderson and SR100. The site selection was driven by several anticipated residential developments along the Colbert Lane – John Anderson corridor but work has slowed or stopped at two major projects. With residential growth delayed, CVS has decided to push back their start date.

Site development and the pads for The Preserve 160 condominium project on Colbert Lane are complete, but construction is at a standstill. Work at Ginn’s Gardens, a 453 resident luxury golf and Intracoastal Waterway development on John Anderson and SR100, has also slowed.
