What’s Your Market’s Median Home Price?

A National Association of Realtors® Interactive Map tells you what homes are selling for in your area and around the U.S.

Palm Coast, FL – September 5, 2009 – An interactive map provided by the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) provides the ability to check out home prices across the country to see how your region’s real estate market compares. Zoom in to your metropolitan statistical area to get the latest quarterly median home price for your market, and its percentage change from the previous year.  Remember, half of homes sold above the median, half below.
The map shows the second quarter ’09 median home price in the Deltona – Daytona Beach – Ormond Beach area was $127,200. For reference, the Flagler County median price was $140,000 (17.6%) for the same period.

    Percent Change for Flagler County?

Toby: Thanks for a very useful reference. For a complete comparison, do you know Flagler County’s annual percent change? (It always seems strange to me that what was, until recently, the fastest growing county in the U.S. is never included in NAR statistics!) Thanks, Janet
