Tractor Supply Co. Building Permit Issued by Palm Coast

The store is the first to be permitted in Shoppes at Palm Coast, a new commercial development located on the southeast corner of Belle Terre Pkwy and State Road 100.

PALM COAST, FL – June 21, 2016 – Permits have been issued by Palm Coast for the site development and building construction for a new Tractor Supply Co. store in Shoppes at Palm Coast, a new commercial development located on the southeast corner of Belle Terre Pkwy and State Road 100 (across from Target).

An Aldi grocery store and a convenience store/gas station are also planned for Shoppes at Palm Coast. Additional outparcels are suitable for restaurants or banks.

The contractor stated construction value for site development and building construction totals $1,834,093. Impact and permitting fees totaling $139,872.98 have been paid to Palm Coast. The contractor is Great Southern Contractors, Inc., of Oviedo.
