Toby Guests on WNZF Tomorrow at 9:00 A.M.
Toby will join show host David Ayres to discuss the 2009 real estate market in Palm Coast and Flagler County.
Palm Coast, Florida – December 14, 2009 – Toby Tobin, real estate consultant and publisher of real estate news website, GoToby.com will be a guest on local news radio WNZF’s Open Line at 9 show Tuesday, December 15th. The show is hosted by David Ayres. This will be Tobin’s third appearance on the show.
The central theme of tomorrow’s show will be a look back at Palm Coast and Flagler County’s real estate market over the 2009 year. Expect to hear about the effect of foreclosures, short sales, tax deed sales, and fraud on the market as well as the precipitous drop in prices for lots in The Conservatory.
