Rescheduled 2020 Parade of Homes Starts Tomorrow

The Flagler Home Builders Association’s Spring kickoff was postponed due to the pandemic. The rescheduled event starts tomorrow and runs through Sunday, August 30.

PALM COAST, FL – August 21, 2020 — The Parade of Homes, Flagler Home Builders Association’s traditional Spring sales kickoff event, was postponed due to the pandemic. The rescheduled event starts tomorrow and runs through Sunday, August 30. The Spring Parade of Homes was originally scheduled for March 21 -29.

This year’s event will be the FHBA’s 26th rendition of their annual signature event. The lineup of homes has changed somewhat since March. A few builders have changed their lineup. Other models have since been sold.  And there are new entries.

The Parade of Homes is a great place to meet builder representatives and to see the latest in home design, construction materials, and interior decorating trends. Models will be open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 A.M. till 5 P.M. and Sundays from 12:00 P.M. till 5 P.M.

There will be sanitizing stations at each entrance. The number of people in each home at one time may be limited. Be prepared by bringing a mask.

This year’s showcase home is The Riva, built by Saltwater Homes. The Riva can be seen in Marina Del Palma which is this year’s Showcase Community, located off Colbert Lane near Robert Road. The Featured Community in the 55+ category is American Village, located off Pritchard Drive exactly one mile east of Belle Terre.
