Putnam State Bank Forms Advisory Boards

Palm Coast, FL – April 11, 2011 – Putnam State Bank announces the formation of Advisory Boards in each of its operating communities; Putnam, Flagler, and St. Johns counties. To enhance the bank’s role as a community bank, the Board of Directors and Management Team identified a need to become further involved in the communities in which Putnam State Bank has branch locations. The bank will receive feedback and support from Advisory Board members, each of whom live and work in their respective communities.

"We are asking advisory board members to let us know what the perception of the bank is in the community, to tell us about events in which we can be involved, help identify our strengths and weaknesses, and identify new products or services," says bank President and CEO Wayne McClain.

"We wanted diversified boards comprised of both customer and non-customer members from various backgrounds representative of their communities. The one common denominator is their level of community engagement through their businesses, their participation in service organizations and community outreach activities," says McClain.
