Publix Will Begin Construction of Roberts Road Store Soon
Building permit likely to be issued within the week
Palm Coast, Florida – October 13, 2008 – Construction will begin on the new Publix complex at Roberts Road within a few days. It will be similar to the complex at the Belle Terre entrance to Town Center. Besides the main grocery store, there will be 14 retail units, 7 on each side. Three separate outparcels are permitted for drive-through establishments, either banks or restaurants. The developer has named the project Beach Village.
The project is located in Flagler Beach.
