Palm Coast, FL – May 15, 2008 – Public records reveal some of the details of Centex Destination Property’s sale of the final 30 condominium units at the Palm Coast Resort site. A deed filed yesterday lists the buyer as CAG Palm Coast Resort I LLC or 2303 River Tree Circle, Sanford, FL. The purchase price was $9,619,740.00, for an average price of $320,658 for each condo.
