To All Friends of Golf……………..

Well, we have finally gotten to the home stretch. You have all been waiting patiently (most of you, anyway!!) for information on the opening of Palm Harbor and what we can expect in the way of rates. Today it is all official. Palm Harbor will open with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Saturday, November 7. This will be attended by City, County and State Officials and various other invited guests. It is also open to the media, as well as the public.

Open play begins on Sunday, November 8 with a 30-day introductory rate of $27 plus tax for all players. The clubhouse is expected to be open for business on or about October 30. The number for the clubhouse is 386-986-GOLF (4653). At the same time, the website (www.palmharborgolfclub.com )will be expanded to include the ability to make tee times. At that point, tee time reservations will be available via either method and may be made 7 days in advance.

There will be several other special events during the first weeks of the course: The week of November 8 to 14 will be Public Service week, when a special rate of $14 plus tax will be extended to all City and Flagler County government employees and all Flagler County school district employees. And on Wednesday, November 11, all Veterans will play for $14 plus tax.

The following rates will be in effect  from the end of the 30-day introductory period until April 30:

Please note that these are high-season prices. May 1 to November 30 rates will be published at a later date.

A further discount may be obtained with the purchase of the Player’s Club card. This card is priced at $125 plus tax for the first 200 sold. Card holders will receive a 10% discount off the applicable playing rate and will also earn points based on purchases made at the Club. Points will be redeemable towards items to be determined later. The Player’s Club card will also entitle the holder to make tee times eight days in advance instead of one week. More information regarding this card and other special promotions will be available soon.

Come out on November 7!!  Join the festivities!!……………and by all means get a foursome or two together in the following days and make a tee time to get your first experience on your new course!! We’ve waited a long time for this so let’s make it a roaring success!!!

    Mulligan, I hope your available.

The rough looks very rutted to a point where the ball will be unplayable and even undroppable, as many ruts can be seen where erosision occured. I hope they do some fine grading so those ruts dissapear.
