Palm Coast Data Completes Purchase of City Hall Building
Palm Coast Data had a lease with an option to buy. They elected to take the purchase option. The transaction closed Friday.
Palm Coast, Florida – April 27, 2009 – A Palm Coast Data sign will soon replace the Palm Coast City logo at 2 Commerce Blvd. City Manager Jim Landon announced today that a Palm Coast Data real estate affiliate exercised their option to purchase the facility from the City for use by Palm Coast Data.
The purchase closed late Friday, April 24th, according to Landon, who says that the transaction continues the implementation of the unprecedented economic development project that is bringing new jobs, capital investment and strong economic activity to Palm Coast.
“It is great to have Palm Coast Data take another step to reinforce their commitment to Palm Coast,” says City Manager Jim Landon. “This commitment will further emphasize the long-term viability to maintain their ‘largest employer’ status in the City and Flagler County. It is also an important indication of the strength of the company.”
