Palm Coast, Florida – May 23, 2009 – For the second time, local real estate developer, Bobby Ginn finds himself featured in a NY Times article. where to start

RE: TESORO , the marketing and amenity promises were not kept, "escrowed " member bonds or deposits were stolen !! All the best lots were owned by Ginn employees at launch and flipped at a profit , and after buildout if that isn’t enough throw in enough kickbacks and fees to entice funding ( credit suise )at 50% above retail values from a consortium of equally corrupt hedge funds and then just file bankruptcy with the U.S Courts . Bobby Ginn….A spate of lost jobs!

This guy is a Bernie Madoff Lite and when I found 276 LLC’s registered to him before my former employer handed him $3.25MM….UP FRONT…for his scam ridden NASCAR team I smelled a rat and that rat was Bobby Ginn. This guy cost me my job, a young driver his career and about 80 other guys their jobs. Of course the coward had his hatchet man Jay Frye, a guy who by the way fabricated a story about a kid he wanted out breaking his hand in a bar fight hoping our company, HIS SPONSOR, would dump him. I could go on and on from the 1.5 mile oval test track he was building in SC to the 85,000,000 cubic feet of compacted soil he was going to transport rom Florida to Ginn Sur Mer to take the lots above hurricane flood stage. A crook of undeniable proportions and an absolute sociopath.
