New Feature on GoToby.com – Website Introduces a Directory Service

Local real estate, construction, and home related businesses can reach out to a focused audience for as little as $10/month.

September 21, 2007 – Palm Coast, Florida – GoToby.com now offers a new feature for its growing list of website visitors. From the beginning, I planned to offer sponsored directory listings. But it’s hard to convince prospective sponsors when only a handful of people know about the site. So I decided I’d wait for the market to tell me when “it was time.” Well, over the past few months, I’ve been getting calls from businesses that want to be seen on GoToby.com. So here we go.

Website traffic continues to grow. Recently, the site is averaging well over 500 visitors per day. These visitors look at an average of more than 10 pages per visit. This means well over 5,000 page views per day. Recently added features such as “Dear Toby” and “Building Permits” have been well received.

The Directory will initially offer sponsored listings under six major categories: 

• Real Estate Sales – for Residential and Commercial Realty Companies and Agents
• Real Estate Services – to include Title Companies, Mortgage, Insurance, Home Inspection, etc.
• Builders – including Residential and Commercial
• Contractors & Suppliers – Electrical, Drywall, Painting, etc.
• Commercial Services – for Web Design and Hosting, Advertising, Office Equipment, Outsourcing, etc.
• Home Services – to include Pool Service, Security, Pest Control, etc.
• Home Products – for Furniture, Interior Design, Appliances, Ceiling Fans, etc.

Sponsor directory placement will be dependent upon the level (regular or premium) of sponsorship, then upon the initial commitment date of sponsorship within that level. This means the earliest sponsors will get the better placement.
