City Centré and Imagine School begin construction

Palm Coast, FL – June 25, 2008 – Two more projects are commencing construction within Town Center at Palm Coast. The two commercial real estate projects, City Centré and Imagine School, total nearly $15 million in new construction.

City Centré will be a 51,793 square foot three-story building (building elevations) located within Town Center’s urban core (site plan), near the site set aside for a new city hall. The first floor features 14,000 square feet of retail space. Jerry Masiello of Watson Realty, who handles leasing, says plans call for a salon, café, mail & copy center, jewelry store, Italian Restaurant, etc. The two upper floors will be dedicated to professional office space. The third floor will be the future home of both Palm Coast Holdings (the Master Developer of Town Center) and the Law Offices of Chiumento & Guntharp, P.A.. The second floor will be occupied by a variety of professionals ranging from physicians to a web design firm. They have already started to move some dirt but the official ground breaking  for the $4.89 million will be in July. Bomar Construction of Ormand Beach is the contractor.

City Centré plans call for two additional buildings in the near future; a two-story 14,000 square foot office building and a 6,000 square foot lakefront restaurant.

The second project was permitted in May and construction is well underway. The $10 million Imagine School is a K-8 charter school. It’s being built on the west side of Town Center Parkway. Bauma Construction of Grand Rapids, MI is the contractor.
