July Foreclosure Sales Scheduled for Flagler Co., FL Properties
As in previous months, only about 1/4 of properties scheduled for sale are homesteaded, implying that most foreclosures are second homes or investment properties.
Palm Cost, FL – July 1, 2010 – Several Flagler County properties are scheduled to be sold at foreclosure sales in July. As in recent months, most properties are not homesteaded. More than half were purchased in either 2005 or 2006 at the height of the real estate bubble.
