Two more bank locations appear to be in the works – both in Town Center.
Palm Coast, FL – June 5, 2008 – Whatever research banks do to decide where to open additional branches, they keep coming up with Palm Coast, FL as an ideal market. Apparently, they think Palm Coast and Flagler County are destined for continued growth.
Regions Bank is reported to be planning a new branch in front of the Hilton Gardens Inn at the northwest corner of SR100 and Town Center Parkway.
Prosperity Bank has reportedly secured a location immediately west of the new McDonalds in the Landing at Palm Coast, which is anchored by SuperTarget. Prosperity already has a site next to the under construction CVS at the southwest corner of SR100 and John Anderson near Flagler Beach.
