This may be one of Palm Coast Hidden Treasures

To my knowledge this appears to be an wonderful example of I.T.T. Community Developments Corporations’ ‘ The Boxwood Model ‘. This model appears fortunately to be Architecturally intact ! It appears to be ‘The Boxwood’ it was first offered in ‘ Meadowood ‘ in Palm Coast.
Here is some information I am Steward of:
I’ve also sent add’tl wonderful documents to Toby should it be helpful in the Real Estate Listing and hopefully he can identify it and ascertain if it is a Treasure.
I do not know who did these Architectural Renderings. The first Architectural Renderings of MODELS offered in The Palm Coast Project were done by Mr. Richard Baer, currently living in Manhattan. He is known as ‘ The Blue Sky Guy ‘ by Donald Trump because of his wonderful Renderings highlighting blue skies and swaying palms.
Mr. Baer also taught at Purdue.
Hopefully in time we will be able to ascertain who did this one.

    Meadowood in The Woodlands:
    There’s no place like Home.

Not all that long ago, people had the right idea about living. In villages of comfortable, well-kept homes where neighborly courtesy and accord were a way of life. Their concept of living was a wonderful idea. it still is.
Now that gracious style of living is here again. At Meadowood. A collection of well-planned homes designed to meet today’s many tastes and needs, from those of the young and growing family, to those of the mature adult.
In the homes of Meadowood are many touches of the new, combined with traditional living concepts and necessities. Individually, the homes complement each other, while blending to create the uniqueness and pride of a small village.
In simplest terms, Meadowood recaptures a wonderful idea about living.
Just beyond Meadowood is another wonderful idea about living. Palm Coast. With its wealth of convenient shopping, professional services, houses of worship, schools, places to work and more.
Palm Coast also has an array of recreational opportunities awaiting your enjoyment. Play golf on two 18-hole championship courses. If tennis is your game, our two swim and racquet clubs are hard to match. Go boating or fishing along miles of saltwater canals or the scenic Intracoastal Waterway. You can dock or ramp your boat at the 80 clip Palm Coast Marina. Or stroll along miles of lcean, uncrowded shell-covered beaches.
And after each full day of enjoying all that the Palm Coast community has to offer, ther’s no place like home. Meadowood.
( I have originals of the above should the new Stewards of this property want a ‘Wall of History’ for their home).
