CBV Resort Homes
CBV Resort Homes announced the completion of its Ocean Belle home in Cinnamon Beach. The home will be entered into the 2012 Parade of Homes. The Certificate of Occupancy was issued 6 months and 7 days following groundbreaking, an accomplishment made possible by the company’s Completion Efficiency Program says CBV. It was the company’s fourth CO this year to date.
ICI Homes
ICI Homes has started construction of the “Showcase Home” for 2012 Volusia Building Industry Association’s Parade of Homes at Plantation Bay Golf & Country Club in Ormond Beach.
Exit Realty
Steve Canfield joined Exit Realty First Choice in Palm Coast.

There were no building permits issued by the city for new residential construction within the past week.
