Homebuilders and Realtors® in the news August 6, 2011

Palm Coast, FL – August 6, 2011 – Several Palm Coast area homebuilders and Realtors® have been active recently. Here are a few making the news:

SeaGate Homes

SeaGate Homes recently started construction on The Seaspray, a 2,048 square foot Key West-style home in the beachside community of Seagrove. 

The Seaspray, which is priced at $304,900, was specially designed for the Seagrove community off of State Road A1A. The ready-to-move-in home will have an open floor plan and a light and airy beach feel, according to Michael Sawdai, SeaGate’s vice president of operations.

“The Seaspray offers four bedrooms, two-baths, and features granite countertops, ceramic tile, 42-inch kitchen cabinets with crown molding, upgraded appliances and much more,” he said. “The style of this house fits in perfectly with this beachside community.” It is slated for completion in October.

SeaGrove, a coastal community of nearly 300 homes, has an old-fashioned feel and real Southern charm. With stately oaks and winding roads, the neighborhood is within walking distance to a five-mile stretch of sandy beaches and only a five-minute drive to historic downtown St. Augustine. SeaGrove also has a town center with a library, as well as office and retail shops, a swimming pool, sports courts, and a boat ramp. Nearby Anastasia State Park and Recreation Area is a bird sanctuary with a tidal creek, lakes and more than 1,700 acres of nature trails.

Many of the homes at SeaGrove – like the two-story, 3,100-square-foot San Marcos SeaGate plans to begin within 30 days – offer a natural back drop as they abut grassy saltwater marshes.

CBV Resort Homes

CBV Resort Homes has signed its 4th and 5th custom home projects of 2011, both will break ground in September and be located in Cinnamon Beach !

CBV instituted the CBV Efficiency Completion Program this year. This program, created by their internal design team, was able to complete their Villa Playa beach home at 20 Cinnamon Beach Place in less than six months and will complete the home at 26 Cinnamon Beach Place in six months as well.

ICI Homes

ICI Homes recently appointed Tom Daddario north Florida sales manager based in the Jacksonville office. Rosemary Messina, vice president of sales and marketing for ICI Homes said Daddario has more than 20 years of experience in luxury home sales including executive sales positions with several top U.S. homebuilders.

Daddario has trained hundreds of sales associates and authored several articles and books for sales training.

ICI Homes builds luxury homes in nine communities in the northeast Florida region.

Cinnamon Beach Realty

The sale of a Villa Playa home on July 1 marked only the second non-distressed home sale in Cinnamon Beach in 2011.  Both were CBV Resort Homes and both were listed and sold by Cinnamon Beach Realty

According to the company, after its first year, Cinnamon Beach Realty already ranks 9th in Flagler County out of over 150 brokerages.
