Foreclosure Sale of Several City Marketplace Commercial Condominiums Tomorrow

The units affected are in buildings ”C” and ”D.” City of Palm Coast’s leased space is in a different building at City Marketplace. Two Hammock Dunes properties are also on tomorrow’s sale schedule

Palm Coast, FL – August 8, 2011 – According to the Flagler County Clerk of Courts website, twenty-three commercial condominium units in City Marketplace (formerly City Walk) will be sold tomorrow at a foreclosure auction. The units are all in buildings "C" and "D." Space leased by the City of Palm Coast in building "B" will not be affected. Individual properties scheduled in foreclosure auctions are subject to being withdrawn at any time prior to the sale.
A separate 89.74-acre parcel on US Route 1 south of Bunnell linked to the City Walk developer is also scheduled to be on the block. Sale time is 11:00 A.M.
Two Hammock Dunes properties are also on tomorrow’s sale schedule.
Casa Bella condominium unit# 1901 is scheduled to be sold. It was originally purchased in 2006 for $710,000. The preliminary 2011 appraised value is $201,400.
63 Island Estates Pkwy is scheduled to be sold. The 6,968 square foot home with 7 baths was built in 2002. It was appraised for $1,831,324 in 2007. The 2011 preliminary appraised value is $1,175,358.
