MLS, Adams Cameron, Olsen Custom Homes, Luxury Team of Florida Realty Group, and Parade of Homes
Palm Coast, FL – August 22, 2011 – Several Palm Coast area homebuilders and Realtors® have been active recently. Here are a few making the news:
MLS – Realtors working w/Builders
The Flagler MLS has implemented a new classification; "To Be Built." The new classification will be included in "Residential" searches and be noted as "To Be Built." The new classification will benefit Realtors, small builders, and vacant lot owners alike. It allows vacant lots to be listed under Residential, exposing them to an increased number of prospective buyers.
To qualify, the lot owner must have a contract with a builder to build a specific house on the lot, so that the combination can be marketed as a house/lot package – ready to build. The lot owner will know that the lot will be actively marketed via MLS. Prospective buyers will have a wider selection of new home options, beyond existing spec homes.

Olsen Custom Homes
An Olsen Custom Homes entry has been selected as the 2012 Parade of Homes Showcase Home. Eric Olsen tells GoToby.com that the 2,947 living square foot Verona II is a 3 bedroom / 3 full bath home with a three-car garage and pool. Priced at $499,900, the Verona II is being built in Wild Oaks at Grand Haven at 228 Willow Oak Way. It is being marketed by Grand Haven Realty. See their brochure (pdf).

Luxury Team of Florida Real Estate Group
Two long-standing members of Palm Coast’s community of real estate practitioners have joined forces. Luxury Team members Jean Taylor and Diane Esposito have linked together to serve the Hammock Dunes market more effectively. Diane began her real estate career with the original Hammock Dunes developer (ITT/CDC). Jean lives in Cambria, one of Hammock Dunes Oceanside condominiums. She has been an active club member as well as association board member. The pair will be operating out of the sales office at the Hammock Dunes entrance.
