October 16, 2007 – Palm Coast, Florida – One year ago, GoToby.com went live as Palm Coast and Flagler County’s first website dedicated to real estate news, information, analysis, and commentary. That day, there were 14 visits to the site (family and close friends). A year later, there are:

Over 5000 web pages viewed daily
Over 350 pages of content
Average visitor views about 10 pages
Over 300 registered site members
More than 700 links to GoToby.com from other websites

Each month, 41% of site visits are unique. The rest are returning visitors
50% of site traffic is direct – people go directly to the website
30% of site traffic comes via search engines such as Google
20% of site traffic is referred from other websites
GoToby.com receives visitors from about 25 different countries each week

GoToby.com is on the first page (top 10) of Google search results in over 70 unique search strings including:

Building Permits and Dear Toby are recent additions. A sponsored Directory is currently in the early stages of roll out. Eventually, there will be over fifty categories. Soon, you’ll see locally sponsored banner ads as well.
