Grand Living Agent Eddie Marcal Named FCAR’s Realtor® of the Year

PALM COAST, FL – January 9, 2018 – Lindsay Dolamore, CEO/managing broker at Grand Living Realty, is pleased to announce Grand Living agent Eddie Marcal has been named Flagler County Association of Realtors® (FCAR) 2017 Realtor® of the Year.

This honor recognizes a Realtor® for their service and community engagement, professional image, working relationships with others along with leadership qualities.

According to FCAR, Marcal 'often quotes and lives by the core values of the United States Air Force (USAF), 'Integrity first, service before self, and excellence in all we do.' Marcal has been in the United States Air Force Auxiliary-Civil Air Patrol, serving the country's youth and the USAF's Search and Rescue Missions as a cadet in 1986. Marcal was also a Certified New York Volunteer Firefighter.

His background includes customer service, sales, technology, finance, and project management for many international businesses. He is a former board member and founding member of the Flagler Chapter of National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, and a former director and vice president of the Hispanic American Club of Palm Coast.

His hobbies include SCUBA diving, flying, swimming, photography, traveling, camping, spending time with family and as a member of FCAR. Marcal is an active volunteer, lending his time to FCAR and serving as treasurer for his son's Boy Scout Pack #281. His commitment to his profession and a Realtor® in Palm Coast demonstrated through his involvement in FCAR through the years as former technology committee chair, chair of the public policy committee and the convention and expo committee, plus 15 years of being a Realtor®.

With this award, FCAR recognizes Eddie Marcal for his service to FCAR, his engagement in the community, going above and beyond for this profession, building profitable relationships with those his encounters, and exceptionally leading by example with excellence.
