Foreclosure Sales Scheduled for Flagler Co., FL Properties in October 2010

The number of scheduled sales is down for October. Palm Coast’s local bowling Alley is on this month’s list.

Palm Cost, FL – August 7, 2010 – Twenty-four Flagler County properties are scheduled to be sold at foreclosure sales in August, down from nearly 50 last month. As in recent months, few properties are homesteaded, implying that most foreclosures are second homes or investment properties. Most were purchased at the height of the real estate bubble. This month’s sales list includes our local bowling alley.
To assist readers who want more information about any of the foreclosures from the Clerk of Courts, I’ve added the case number to the data shown. The first four digits of the case number represent the year in which the foreclosure was filed.
