Flagler County Foreclosure Sale Schedule for June 2014

This month’s schedule includes several homes, vacant lots, condominiums in Tidelands, Palm Pointe, Surf Club and some ICW land.

Palm Coast, FL – May 28, 2014 – There are 61 Flagler County properties scheduled to be sold at foreclosure auctions during May, including several homes, vacant lots, condominiums in Tidelands, Palm Pointe, and Surf Club and some commercial ICW land.

A foreclosure sale (auction) is the final step of a foreclosure. Either the foreclosing lender or other successful bidder takes title via a Certificate of Title (C/T) issued by the Flagler County Clerk of Court.

Not all scheduled sales are completed. In some cases, they are cancelled by the lender. In others, the property is sold via a short sale prior to the foreclosure sale. The following list is not "final." Properties are likely to be added to or deleted from the schedule during the month.

Just (Market) Value is reported as it is listed under "2014 Working Values" on the Flagler County Property Appraiser's website. These are preliminary 2014 numbers based on qualified 2013 property sales. Sales are held at the Clerk of Court's office at 11:00 A.M. For details of the public sale process, click here.

    Just a question. Are they selling or in forfeiture of selective units of the Harbor Club? If so, are the rest of the units still viable? Confused how that works?
