Palm Coast Utility Dept shuts off water to some units, taxes remain unpaid

June 29, 2007 – The European Village saga unfolds a little bit further. On the rumor side, I was told that Peter Roehr, agent of European Village LLC, requested that Palm Coast shut off the water in units owned by him.

On the fact side, inspection of public records show that several European Village units are still owned by European Village, LLC, Peter Roehr, or Silvia Roehr. Several  European Village residential, commercial, and garage condos are shown as delinquent on 2006 real estate tax rolls. Tax certificates, which are a first lien on the property, were sold for these units on May 31, 2007. As of June 27, 2007, none had been redeemed (paid). Nearly all affected condos are owned by either European Village LLC, Peter Roehr, or Silvia Roehr.
