Dollar Tree Takes Last Parcel of Cobblestone Village

Palm Coast, FL – November 5, 2012 – A new Dollar Tree retail store is being built behind the new medical building in Palm Coast’s Cobblestone Village. The store will be 9,981 square feet. This location represents the last parcel of the development which, in addition to the medical building, includes Belks department store, Lowe’s home improvement store, Golden Corral restaurant and a strip mall. A Carrabba’s restaurant is under construction, soon to be joined by a Zaxby’s restaurant.
Dollar Tree operates over 4,000 stores in the United States and Canada.

What a mess that area will be! There is already a huge problem in this area.
I can see the eventual one-way road that will incircle this a accident prone business village.
