December 2025 Housing Market Wrap- up for Flagler/Palm Coast
January 7, 2026 – PALM COAST, Fla. – The December 2025 housing market wrap-up for Flagler/Palm Coast is here. It is a year-over-year comparison of local housing market statistics for November and YTD. The interactive map below shows the location, sale date, selling price, price per square foot, and living square feet for December single-family home sales in Flagler County reported through the Flagler County MLS.
The number of homes sold, median selling price, and total sales have been up year over year for the past four months. September through February typically record the fewest closings and total sales value. Selling prices do not follow this pattern.
December 2025 defied history. The total value of single-family home sales in Flagler County was the second-highest on record. Combined with the sector’s strength from September through November, one has to wonder why nobody has noticed except for this blog and its companion radio show, “Real Estate Matters” (WNZF News Radio 94.9 FM or 1550 AM, Saturdays at 11:00 am).
