Commercial growth up while residential building slows.

City residential permits down 90% from Sept. ’05 but commercial permits holding.

 October 22, 2006 – 28 residential permits were issued by the City of Palm Coast in September, down from 283 the same month a year ago. Meanwhile, commercial permits issued continue to hold at a steady pace. Commercial growth includes a 15,000 SF addition to Woodlands Commons, located on Old Kings Rd at Utility Drive.
