PALM COAST, FL – February 9, 2020 – Hammock Real Estate Development’s 55+ American Village is sprouting. The builder’s model home is open and a spec home is available for immediate move-in. Seven homes are under construction. Now, reservations are being taken for the next phase; one and two-bedroom upscale condominiums. These 96 units will be the first condos in Flagler/Palm Coast since 2008.

One-bedroom condos start at $150,000. Two-bedroom condos start at $225,000. Garages are included for a limited time in pre-construction pricing.

    Slowly but be concerned

    American village has partner up with a really shady builder: a builder who has changed his company name 4 times l since he has been here. I’d be concerned these buildings are built with quality workmanship and not cutting corners. The model. Home looks like a bunch of kindergartners put it together. Who did they let paint the trim and walls? 3rd graders? Corner round? In a new home? Wow, never heard of using that product in the new home construction industry, shows many defects, the floors are cheap vynal they are not installed properly and can hear the movement as you walk wound. , the master bath shower floor wow!!!! Look at the drain, it’s clear the craftsmanship lacks tremendously in this home builder. , American village is a beautifully designed gated community, hopefully the developer is not blinded by this builder and finds a more qualified builder to partner up with to build a good quality building. As for these condors, we can only hope with this current builders tract record that they get built right and by qualified contractor and subcontracts,. But hey what do I know I’m just over qualified contractor who will call out Bulls@%t when I see it. Just because a contractors sits on board or was president of Mickey Mouse clubs don’t make him a stand up guy. Watch out for this community seems to allready be moving slowly as it is. Is petter robbing to pay paul? This contractors is well known in the industry to not pay on time, use money from one job to cover another. If you want to build in this neighborhood find a different contractor then A plus. He’s more like F minus.

We got rid of Joyce Jones from our HOA BOD 2 nites ago after some much diligent efforts to drag in a boat load of votes and I am SO PROUD to have been a part of that movement! That’s where I first met you was at one of our HOA meetings poolside! So I’m over the moon and ready to finally market my own community without the threat of her Sabotaging ways.
