City is obviously the primary tenant

The City walk looks more like the ghost town walk, as the many store fronts are empty. The biggest problem they have is the way they built tight to the roadway. You can’t see anything until you drive in, and then it’s devoid of business except for a few. The city rent must feel like a government bailout. At least a lot of it will come back in real property taxes.
