City of Palm Coast offers online building permit applications
PRESS RELEASE – City Website launches BUILDINGWORKS
Palm Coast, Florida – November 1, 2008 – Press Release from the City of Palm Coast: Contractors and/or residents can now go onto the City of Palm Coast website to conduct important permitting business. The City has launched a new BuildingWorks online service, an automated inspection request system that will not only offer the same functions as the current telephone system, but will also assist with:

Updates on the status of a permit

Choosing an inspection date up to five (5) days in advance

Playback of an address location and inspection type for verification

Online inspection scheduling

Online payments, eliminating frequent visits to City Hall. Fees can be paid with a major credit card.
With the implementation of BuildingWorks, the time for requesting or cancelling inspections will be extended to 7:00 a.m.
