We Cannot Afford to Pander to the Noise in the Room: 8-29-26 Podcast
Real Estate Matters has been Palm Coast and Flagler County, Florida’s real estate voice for more than 12 years.
We cannot afford to pander to the noise in the room. We need to read the law. Local government doesn’t like preemption, but I warned several years ago that if we failed to address our local housing and land use issues effectively, Tallahassee would step in. That’s exactly what is happening, and our bad decisions are costing us a bundle.
