Palm Coast, FL – June 11, 2008 – Stirling Sothby’s International Realty Auction Services will auction 30 commercial/light industrial condominium units at the Palm Coast Commercial and Industrial Center, located off Hargrove Grade, west of US Rt1 in Palm Coast, FL. The auction, scheduled for 6pm next Thursday, June 19th, will be held on-site.
Each unit is 1,000 SF with 180 SF office w/BR. The warehouse has 12′ ceilings, 10 X 10 overhead door and 3-phase electric. Some units are adjacent, allowing up to 5 units to be joined, making 5,000 SF available

WHOG radio will be on site running a fund raiser for St Jude’s Hospital at the open house on Friday from 3pm to 5pm. Sotheby’s has pledged to match any donations by open house attendees up to a total of $1,000.
