Town Centre East, a New 49.55 Acre Commercial Center Coming Soon on Old Kings Rd

Town Centre East has preliminary plat approval

February, 13, 2007 – Palm Coast, FL – Town Centre East, LLC, with David Butler as Managing Partner, and Kent Mace, as Director, Real Real Estate Development, is approaching the finish line on its project just north of the old Lehigh Cement railway and canal, on the west side of Old Kings. This positions the property at the main east entrance to Town Center at Palm Coast, the huge mixed-use urban core project on the other side of I95. The property has 2,350 feet of frontage on I95 and 3,200 feet of frontage on Old Kings Road. Old Kings will be 4-laned from SR100 to Palm Coast Parkway, with construction to begin in the summer of 2007.

The final plat approval, which is expected soon, will consist of 10 parcels with entitlement to the following development:

  • 19.52 acres zoned COM-2, entitled for 95,300 square feet of Commercial or Retail
  • 29.03 acres zoned OFC-2, entitled for 306,632 square feet of Office

Kent Mace told me that they plan to market the entire project to one buyer, who, in turn, will be able to develop or resell each of the entitled parcels.
